Key 103's Cash For Kids Appeal

Key 103's Cash for Kids Christmas 2009 Appeal
Key 103 have teamed up with ASDA to help thousands of children in Greater Manchester with a Cash for Kids Christmas appeal to help the 1,261 children on the Child Protection Register for Neglect in Greater Manchester.
The Cash for Kids appeal urges people in Greater Manchester to play a 'Secret Santa' and give gifts to children that do not recieve any presents on Christmas day.
Helpers can drop off a new and un-wrapped gift or cash donation at any ASDA store or at the Key 103 reception.
The scheme helps kids up to the age of 18 from birth so all types of toys and gifts are welcome.
The Cash for Kids Winter Appeal has helped 501 children so far with many more initiatives in place such as the Bring £1 to Work, sending in old mobile phones, fundraising packs and sponsorship forms.
Chief Constable of the Greater Manchester Police, Peter Fahy is backing the scheme.
