A typical running order for the 'DAYS@Key103' for our students involve:
09.45 - Arrive at Key 103
10.00 - Introductions
10.15 - 11.15 Preparation/Group discussions
11.15 - 12.00 Recording radio show/commercial
12.00 - 12.20 Lunch and review morning sessions
13.00 - 14.00 Recording radio show/commercial
14.00 - 14.30 Review the sessions and evaluations

FAQ's:
What time does the 'DAYS@Key103' normally start and finish?
Most schools aim to be at Key 103 by 9.45 for a 10am start. The day finishes at approx 2.30pm

Will lunch be provided?
Yes

Do the students have to wear uniform?

Uniform is optional

Does Key 103 have disabled access?
The classrooms and studios are on the groundfloor, however please call the station beforehand to check.

How many teachers should we bring?
Please ensure that a minimum of 2 teachers or assistants are present on the day. This is important to ensure both groups are supervised when they are in different parts of the study centre.

Will the students receive any audio from the day?
All the work completed by the students will be presented to each of them at the end of the session on a USB stick.

What work are the students expected to do before they arrive at Key 103?
We would ask that the students work through the preparation documents which will be sent to you via email. Other examples to help you are available on the Key 103 website. Please contact the station for further details.

Can we take photos and use video while at Key 103?
We would recommend the use of these to capture the day for the students and the school and ask that you share them with us to upload to the 'DAYS@Key103' gallery.

Do you have a risk assessment form available for the visit to the station?
This is available by contacting the station.
