After weeks of waiting, Katy Perry has finally unveiled the ‘Last Friday Night (TGIF)’ video - and it doesn’t disappoint!
A million miles away from the high-budget, sci-fi themed ET video, ‘Last Friday Night (TGIF)’ is a parody of 80s teen movies with Perry playing a lovable 13-year-old geek who gets a wondrous makeover simply by removing her glasses.
Set at a house party and its debauched aftermath, the video is packed with cameo appearances from the likes of Rebecca Black (who plays Katy’s cooler, more attractive friend), Hanson, Kenny G, Blaine and Artie from Glee and Debbie Gibson and 80s icon Corey Feldman as Katy’s parents.
