Hate Crime

Stamp Out Hate Crime

We want to hit the message home that no matter who you are and what you look like you should not have to become a victim of Hate Crime. Back in 2007 Sophie Lancaster was attacked in a park in Bacup because she was dressed differently. Sophie died 10 days after the attack and since her death her friends and family have been committed to stamping out hatred, prejudice and intolerance everywhere. (S.O.P.H.I.E). On this page you'll find lots of information on different subcultures and the story of the Sophie campaign. But it doesn't stop there - we want to hear about your experiences and thoughts on Hate Crime too.
